clone an environment

does anybody know of a resource that explains the difference in the adcfgclone parameters i.e dbTier database dbTechStack.

What is an 'adcfgclone' parameter? And what is the 'dbTier database dbTechStack? Are these objects defined by an application you have written or support?

to clone a oracle environment you copy the files and then you have to run adcfgclone.pl to setup the database and apps tier. on the database you have a choice of three options of running it with the following command :-

perl adcfgclone.pl NNNNN

where NNNNN is either dbTier or database or dbTechStack.

i am trying to find out what the difference is between the options above
