I can get the G700 to register but when I web in I get a "Clock Syncronization signal is lost" under Fault messgae and Operation Staatus is fatal.
Does anyone know what this means?

Did you set the sync source? If there is a DS1 in the G700, that should be set as the sync source. Use the commands set sync ? to see the command syntax. I don;t know how to do it via the web, I prefer to telnet into it.

If the sync source is not set properly, you will get dropped calls and other problems and these will get worse over time.

Telnet or SSH into the G700's MGP IP address, login (root/root), then type in these commands:

"set sync interface primary v4" (if your MM710 is in slot V4)
"set sync source primary"
"show sync timing" (to see if is is now syncing of the DS1)

When I enter the set sync command it returns with command not found.
