I have a MICS 1.1 system whose clock has stopped. I can reset the time, but it just sits at whatever I set it at. Anybody seen this?

Your internal battery might be dead. Better get a paper copy of your programming. Next power outage could default your switch. Time to start planning for an upgrade.

yeah, that was the plan. an idea was to reboot the system and see if that jarred the clock loose, per se. but i suspected that would wipe out the config, what with it being so old. so we planned to shut the system down, upgrade to 6.1, and reconfigure completely. (system's on a UPS, by the way...)

a clock display slows down, when the processor is not able to allocate resources/ clockcycles ...when it is doing a more important function like call switching
