Clock In SIM MICROS RES 3700

Hello, I have a client that is looking for some functionality to prompt staff to answer a few questions prior to clock in. Has anyone seen something like this? I searched the forum and found an old thread that had a link to a SIM but the link was dead. I don't know if it would have achieved what they wanted anyway.
