I have two PRI Cards One DCH 10 and other DCH 11
clock on card one i.e card number 5 is active but clock on card number 6 dch 11 is disabled
please any body can guide me how to enable the clock

Print your DDB in LD 73. What kind of PRI Card?

when try to print in LD 73

REq : PRT
Type : DDB

I got the error msg

Error SCH 2030
(Digital Data block does not exist)

please guide

The DDB not configured is a real problem

Why don't you share your print outs here so we can se what's going on. If the DDB isn't configured then how is the Clock on Loop 5 active?
