Has anyone come across the following problem and have a fix for it? The printer prints color great all the way across the page, but when it prints black lettering, it is very faded on the right side of the page. Ususally the first page or two comes out ok, but after that it starts to fade on the right side. I have tried a new transfer belt kit, new drum kit and have changed all 4 color catridges and the problem is still there. The customer now has a second CLJ4500DN that is showing the same problems. Is it possible that they may have gotten some defective black cartridges? Any help would be appreciated. Joe

Could be high voltage issue (lack of)Check the spring in the carosel...could be damaged or broken.

Thanks for the info. I did look at all the springs and they all look the same. None of them look bent or damaged in anyway.
