Clients won't ping beyone ms proxy

OK guys, read all your posts on here in the proxy section, to no avail. I'm getting a destination host unreachable for pings, no pop3, etc.. on clients. They can browse the internet fine, the HTTP rule is set, Now my POP3/SMTP rule has dissapeared, and there is only 4 default protocols you can choose. Any ideas on this one? It works no prob on the server that is dialing out.

Need to allow the ping port access to the outside. I believe it's predefined.
