Clients time need to match server time

When I login from RDP session, servers shows GMT TIME (Server Time),
But when I Login thru ica session it shows Indian time (Client pc).
where do i change config to reflect server time?

This can be changed in the Management console...Farm properties.

I'm having sort of the same problem, using linux clients, the time doesn't show up properly on the linux workstations, for now we've done the management console fix and it worked, but this won't last as we'll need to get the same sort of setup going in a different timezone. the time on the linux machines is correct but when you log into citrix it gets all muddled up. Any ideas?
