Clients SAV 10 don't show in SAV8... 1

Hi,

maybe normal but i need to be sure,

We 've got 60 2k3 servers with SAV 8 and plenty of clients SAV 9 and some clients SAV8.

It worked fine but since this month, we bought Dell comp. with Client SAV 10. when we attached those with GRC, it doesn't appears in servers's SSC Console.

all clients running on XP

We have just upgraded to Symantec Antivirus 10.0.
When I go into the console I show a virus threat on
my user, but when I go into the treat history it is blank.
My other issue is that threats keep appearing on the console from previous days even though they have been quarantined. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to prevent it?

SAV 10 client does not work with SAV 8 or 9 server. You will need SAV 10 server to support this baby...
