Clients fail to download the offline address book

Server = MS Exchange 2007 SP3 on MS Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2.
Clients = MS XP SP3 – Ms Outlook 2007.

Outlook 2007 is not updating the Global Address List automatically. When I try to force the downloading of the address book it returns an error on all client PC’s. The error is "Task ‘Microsoft Exchange’ reported error (0x8004010F): ‘The operation failed. An object cannot be found.”

I tried to turn the firewall off on the client PC and server but this did not fix issue.

Look at the application log on the mailbox server when it's trying to generate the OAB and see if there is an error.
