Clients cannot find site........update site fails ...Help

Hi,
I will tell u one thing the machine was off for how long to disconnect from the server ,& what's the configuration for the the DB maintenance ....
If u have UPDATE SITE FAIL... only u can run the SMSMAN.EXE from the LP & wait for some time it will be o.k

Is the client's subnet listed as one of the managed subnets in the SMS configuration?
