Client wants to have transfer to cell from voucemail

Hi Everyone, I am new to IPO and have received the following request and don't know how to do it.

I have a new manager that would like the following (he states he had it at his last job) whenever he is not in the office he wants the voicemail to answer as usual, but have it say and do the following...

1. Say to leave a message wait for the tone (default)
2. Say to be transfered to my Cell Phone press 2 (and than dial that number)
3. Say to be transfered to the operator please press 0

I appreciate any help with ....

This is basic stuff with voicemail pro.
Do ou have voicemail pro?
Who maintains the ipoffice?
They should know this.

Yes I have Voicemail Pro, I was giving the responsibility about a month ago,(company let IT guy go due to cutbacks) and transfered to me, and I was only giving 1 day (6 hours of basic training)which did not cover much as I have found out since.Looking into additional training but company has to approve. So any help would be great

Ok go to the users mailbox in vmpro (user->leave mail)
Put in a menu action and enable options 0,2 and a timeout

Then put in 2 transfer actions.
Enter the numbers in there and connect them to the right option.
For the time out make a voice question and record the greeting and put in a second greeting and enter "en/mc_00.wav"
Then press on the little microphone and enter the time that the message can be (record time for the caller)
Then save an make live
Of course record the greeting for all three options in the menu.

Or you can do this right in manager on the users voicemail tab. then you should have 3 different breakout options.
