Client wants CM to display a busy message like Nortel Meridian

We have a client with an 8700 and Modular Messaging that had a Nortel system previously and they want the phones to display a User is on the phone message when the called party is on the phone like their Nortel did. I have searched and can not find a way to do this on the Avaya CM. Has anyone been able to do this?

Change the coverage path paramaters to 'active' instead of 'busy'. That will send the call to voice mail anytime they are off-hook.

The closest thing I can see is posted messages. you would have to press the button and choose a pred-defined message like "On the phone" or the standard "with client" then whenever you call that person internally with a display phone the caller would see the message.
