Client Connections- Some work-some don't 1

We've set up a Citrix server and succesfully published an app. Some remote clients can connect and some cannot. All clients are using IE6. Some clients at the same remote location can connect, but the guy sitting next to him can't. OS does not seem to be related. Does not seem to be a licensing issue. Does not seem to be a firewall issue (clients behind same firewall get different results). Those who cannot connect get the login screen and the program icon, but when they click the icon, it says it's initializing, then just disapears. Tried connecting a brand new pc to the app and could not connect, so it couldn't have anything to do with other installed software. Clients that can't connect have downloaded the ICA client dierectly from Citrix's web site, no help.

Any Ideas- Anyone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Add those users who cant connect to the Domain Admins in Active Directory and user. See wot happens...

Hi

Did you come up with a solution to this? We've got exactly the same issue. Domain Admins can't run the app either so it's not that.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Rob

same problem !!! I have been playing with that for almost a year now. I take a NEW Sony vaio, put the ica client on it and it connects to the server.
Take another new PC ( HP for example ) with the same XP CD and same ica client. NO Connection
STRANGE ?

Found a solution to the problem.

Export this registry key from a machine that can connect, then open it on the machines that cannot connect.

Hkey_local_Machine\software\microsoft\MSlicensing\store

This has worked on every machine we have done it to.
