Client agent keeps stopping on Windows 2003

I have a Windows 2003 Server that I'm trying to backup via Client agent since the new server didn't come with tape backup unit. Everytime I start a backup job the Client Agent stops on the Windows 2003 and I get error E3392 Client connection Timed out. Any help would be great.

The error E3392 is a TCP reconnection timeout.
In the BrightStor Manager UI, click on Help then Contents, then Find. Enter e3392 and Display.
What version of Brightstor backup software are you using?
 
If the client agent service is actually stopping on its own, then it might be a corrupt installation. Normally the agent service would not stop on its own, so it would be expected that there would be a gpf and it should be recorded in the Dr. Watson log.
 
The version is Brightstor V9 for Windows 2000 Server. The server with the client is Windows 2003. There are no Dr Watson errors. We have had this software for more than 90 days so I cannot get support with out paying for it. Any help would be great.
 
Please confirm you are using version 9.01 build 2020. If not please download the patch from the ca support site.
 
The person I replaced had downloaded the patched but not installed them. We aew now on Build 2030 and everything is working fine. Thank you for your help.
