Is there a way to retreive your installation code from your current installation of ArcServe Backup 11.5, Client Agent, and SQL Agent? We are replacing an old server and I do not have any installation keys or documentation for these as the previous administrator didnt keep them or I just cannot find them. I do have the box and cd's, so they are not just pirated copies, but no keys. I cant get this server fully migrated over until I know I have a good solid backup going for it, but we dont really have any leftover cash to purchase a whole new suite of software. I do still have the older server and its up and running, so I was wondering if there was a registry key that held the info, or... any place that might have this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
