Hello,
We've upgraded our iseries AS400 720 from V4R4M0 to V5R1M0. since then we 've got a problem with access of data.
When we check the connection with our server we get the following errorcodes : CWBCO1003,1047 and 1008. On our server we also get a joblog on the job QZDASOINIT with the error CPF24A3 en CEE9901 (Message . . . . : Application error. MCH3601 unmonitored by QZDACRTP at
statement 0000001893, instruction X'0000'. ) Can someone help ?
regards,
Nico

What version of Client access are you running? I know when we went from V4 to V5, we had to upgrade everyone's client access, so we could continue to connect.

Hello,

Our version from client Access is V5R2M0.
We think that the reason is not an client access problem
but a problem on our AS400 because we have there an error on the job QZDASOINIT with the error code CPF24A3 en CEE9901.

Thanks for your time and answer

Good morning,

We are on OS/400 V5R1M0 but when I go to help on the Client Access application I see that is V5.5 for Windows. No mod number or release number, just plain old Verison 5.5. Check your Client Access version again, maybe...

HTH,

That's on the client PC.
There I see also V5.5 for Windows

No, we didn't but we're planning to do so. But we've got no problems on our second server iseries AS400 that is on V5R1M0 also with no PTF's.

can you "ping" the ip address,,, and also try a simple telnet session, and see what happens

one odd thing,, look at the quser profile / password,, I am hopiong you have a tube tired to the AS400,,that you use as a console.
