Client Access Printers - Hold all spooled print jobs

We are having a problem with a couple of printer sessions using Client Access Express. The printers are holding all of the spooled print jobs. What has to be done to release these jobs is to go to file, then printer setup and reselect the attached lpt1 port printer, then save and then go to the spool file and release.

This is of course bothersome for users and IT dept. both, any suggestions?

I have a resemble problem, What is the version about your AS/400 ?
My AS/400 version are V3R2. I use pcom 5.0, Configure with TCP/IP. have the same problem , can't drive the printer with 5250 emluation.
