Build a new CLID table in LD15 for the customer that sends nothing (DIDN=NO and other fields blank). Then assign the key/DN on 8881 to use that new CLID.

"KEY 0 SCR 8881 1" for example uses CLID entry 1.

If you change the DN to be outside your external dial plan range it can't take incoming calls but will ring out OK.

1. Block internal DN from appearing: If you are CLS DDGD, people you call cannot see your DN.

2. Set the CPND for each Help Desk Agents personal DN to read "Help Desk - Extn 8888"

Now people they call will see "Help Desk - Extn 8888"
