I have a mixture of Nortel and Cisco phones. My Nortel 81c is the hub for all phones. All my Cisco IP phones are extensions (no DID's) so the outside world (cell phone for instance) must call the Nortel Call Pilot Auto Attendant and thru dial the extension. The caller ID on the Cisco phones shows up as "Call Pilot" (name) and the four digit SDN (73xx) of the Call Pilot.
The 81c provides four PRI's that points to the Call Manager. These PRI's are set up as TIE lines.
I have numerous extensions on the Nortel side also that the outside world must also call through the Call Pilot Auto Attendant. The caller ID for these calls show the calling number.
Is there a setting in Call Pilot or the 81c to send the calling number digits to the Cisco Call Manager?
I have posted this question on the Call Pilot and Nortel CS1000 forums and did not get any help.
Thanks
Mitch
