I have CLID table 0 with my office's seven-digit number programmed as the HLCL. Every phone references this CLID table. Is there any where else in the PBX programming I need to look to make sure the correct seven-digit number is showing on the far end? I was out yesterday and my users are claiming that only their four-digit exts are showing on the far end. Can you please tell me where else I need to look? Thank you.

Newer Rls of X11 software you can use LD 20 to access LD's 10, 11, 22, 32.

knew that too! I use LD 20 all the time. I shouldn't have included that when mentioning 20 and 21. thanks Acewarlock.

your both right, you can't build phones in 20 or stat, but when you do a stat the switch takes you to 32, i won a decent bet with a sc who thought he could build a 500 in ld 20. after he got about half way down the page and i typed who at my command prompt, it of course showed him to be in load 10. sure was sweet to see that smile go away. we are always trying to one-up each other, btw he can't out fish me either...tgif

Okay, if I have CLEN 0 on the route that ALL my traffic goes out over, do I still have to assign CLID 0 on a set-by-set basis or is that a default? And, if I have CLEN 0 on the route and create a NEW CLID 1 table that shows a different # and assign x1234 CLID 1, what shows on the outbound caller ID? The CLID 0 table or the CLID 1 table?
