SDN(7885(DID)) goes to application, which has TOD routing to an operating/surgery center receptionist(ext 2402(non-DID)on key 0. Key 0 has a CLID of 5. When they call out from any key on that phone,it shows restricted. They would like the patients to be able to call back that receptionist. What LD do I look in for the CLID tables, and will it show anything other than restricted being it is setup this way? Perhaps CLID table 5 is supposed to show restricted, I'm just not sure which LD to look in. Thank you.

changing to CLBA in CLS didn't help with showing not restricted, but thank you for your input.

Can you go into LD 21 and print off your CLID table entries?. My guess is that CLID 5 is preventing the DID of extension 2402 from being sent out.

Usually for most systems, CLID "0" is set with DIDN = YES to allow the DID to be sent out assuming that extension 2402 is within your DID number range. Perhaps you need to change the CLID against the KEY 00 SCR 2402 5 to e.g. KEY 00 SCR 2402 0 or any other CLID that has DIDN = YES. I would compare this with other extensions that can have their CLID displayed on outgoing calls.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I didn't mean change it to CLBA.
CLBA blocks the CLID.
If you want to send it you need CLBD.

Thank you for the clarification StanleySteamer and thank you FirebirdScrambler for your input, I'll try your suggestion and I'm not sure at the moment if 24xx is in the DID range as I'm not on site. But I will check that. Thank you both.
