New to CISCO Call manager. I have a new install with call manager to a nortel 81 rel 5 S/W I have 3 PRIS using QSIG between the nortel and the CM.The only issue that I have is when I dial a local number from the cm I only see 860 on the terminating numbering. The Nortel use the same outgoing trunks when I dial from the Nortel telephone to a local number I see the entire number. Any thoughts.

I am assuming 860 is the directory number in call manager correct? If so try setting your route pattern for internal calls on your option 81 to NOT use external number mask and then on the patterns for PSTN calls select the external mask option. This way all internal callers nortel or cisco will only see the extension but external calls will be the full number.
