CLID POTS Lines BCM 400 R4

Please advise on the following:

1. Call ID has been allowed on 5 lines.
2. AA is also allowed on 3or4 of those 5 line
3. Caller ID has been allowed on user set and Active line.
4. Tested the POTS line with CLID set direct connect w/o PBX works fine

When inbound call come is it only displays the POTS line the call in coming in on not the inbound caller ID, please advise?

AA needs to ring 2 times, the CLID is sent between the 1st and 2nd ring. on the other lines they need to be assigned to the phone and in telco for each line change to Y this will let you see the CLID while ringing. But you still should see CLID even if not programed but after the call is answered.

What Region do you have
With Global, CLID on analog trunk don´t works still you answer
you need change to Nortamerica or Mexico.

For each extension change the first display setting from name to number.
