Hey was hoping to get a answer for this.
A call comes in it is received with the CLID, when it is transfered to Console it shows up with caller id of 0.
What happened to CLID?
Calls to the attendant, voice mail or any extension and then manually transferred across the PRI span to user, show the CPND of the set doing the transfer not the original calling party.
I have been informed it happens to where ever you xfer it too not just the console. VOice mail, other users etc..
