CLID on PRI TIE trunks

Ok, well I've got a opt11c tied to a 61c w/PRI. What do I have to have configured in the route,trunk, and cls of the set to both send and recieve clid info. The 11c has the TMDI cards. The 61c has 5d12 cards and msdl. When I dial a number at the other site the clid doesn't appear on the phone I'm dialing from. I have cnia,cnda,dnda on the sets.
?Does the RCAP have to be the same on both ends. On the 61's dch I've got the rcap set to nd2 and on the 11c its set to MSDL. PARM clid is set to yes and the NET DATA in the CDB is isdn yes and the clid tables are built.

you need to include RCAP = ND2 for the d-ch at both ends

Try other signaling arrangement(SIGO, and must be the same on both side.
example: SIGO = ESN5
