CLID on Conference Call

Having an issue with CLID that is required for cellular vendors and overseas carriers to provide connectivity. When making my first call CLID is presented to my caller; however when making a second call in a conference scenario, the CLID does not get presented to the caller, thus call fails.
Is there a reason why only the first call sends CLID? I am on a 3300MCD Rls.6.0 SP3.

So you dial the first party and they get CLID but then when you put them on hold and dial the second party that second party doesn't get the CLID? What are you dialing from i.e a phone or some type of conference device and what are the trunks you are using. i.e SIP, PRI or analog.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

I am calling from a 5340IP set. when I select the conference Key and make my second call via PRI, the caller does not recieve CLID.

You know what, doesn't the carrier have an affect on this?

The Mitel is providing the CLID.
