I have an Opt 11C RLS 3.0 I am using m2616. I had a complaint that when the user is on the phone (key 0) and a 2nd call comes in. They do not see who the 2nd CLID is. It works on Key 0 when they are not on the phone. I have TDD, CNDA, DNDA on but no idea what else. Please help. O by the way I have some ACD sets that do work. Their #'s are on Key 4 and 5. I can't find the difference. I have a headache now!

Sounds like to me a change has been made to the set. So you have symposium?

If so here is what you need to try.

1. Deacquire the set in Symposium.
2. Print the set to be sure it has bee deacquired.
3. Print the TNB of the set on Paper
4. Delete the set
5. Rebuild the set from the print out
6. Reacquire the set
7. Test

It sounds like a change was made to the set without deacquiring.

Nope No SCCS. Old school ACD. I think I am missing something silly.

Try setting DNDD in the class of service of the phone.

Normally the way to achieve what you are looking for is in the the CLS have CNDA,DNDD,TDD along with HTA FNA etc.

Check also if you have OLA and IRA and check your LPK as well.

This should work for you.
Good Luck
