CLID not appear on tie route with Cisco access server

Kindly we need support to solve CLID issue on tie route with Cisco access server (ISGF DCHs ). The problem is when trying to initiate outbound call on route 59 from any set configured with scr key entry 18 the number on this entry which supposed to be received by Cisco is 414113999 , but this is not what actually happens , the CLID sent is the normal scr DN ,so due to configuation on Cisco access server when the caller ID is not received as exoected ,the call is disconnected
- we have another working route (oute 56 with euro DCHs ) which works with normal TDM pri2 links, this route is connected to rockwell PBX in Australianand the same CLID is sent normally as expected with no problems

what can we do to make the CLID entry 18 appears on route 59 ?

thx,problem after changing clid parameter from opt0 to opt 1 on the related DCH.
