Hello,

CS1000 R5.0. A phone using CLID table O is supposed to send out the main number for the campus. I checked the CLID table and it is setup properly. DIDN is set to NO etc. When they call me which is a LD call it shows up correctly, when they make a local call it send their extension as the CLID. Sounds like a translation issue, but I have never seen this before. Usually it's all or nothing with CLID stuff.

the Telco attaches CLID info to the call. I would ask them what the issue is. Sounds as if your local Telco is wrong.

Wel... As Expected I am being told the CO sends what it gets so I need to figure out how they are getting the extension for CLID instead of what is programmed on the CLID table. Is there another place to manipulate CLID other than the CLID tables in LD 15?

Post the RDB for the local route, if nds is in the RCAP it will seen more info than what the CO needs.

Turn on MSGI and MSGO for the D channel of the local route and see what is being sent to the Telco. Use LD 96 for this. Enl Mon TTY, Enl msgi Dch#, enl msgo Dch#. Diala local call, it will print out info that is being sent to the telco.
