Hi,

I have an issue regarding the CLID.
I have an CallServer Rls 4.0 and 2 callcenter (2 different department) and I want all the agents from one department to have the same Caller_ID and the agents from second callcenter to have another Caller_ID.
I try the configuration for CLId but without any result:

1. "HLCL=3000;
DIDN=NO;
HLOC=306;
CLASS_FMT=DN/NTN/LCL;"

In this case the Caller_id was 3063015, and I want to be 3063000.

2. "HLCL=306;
DIDN=NO;
HLOC=3000;
CLASS_FMT=DN/NTN/LCL;

In this case the Caller_ID was 3012405 (which is PRI ID), and I want to be 3063000.

Another issue regarding to CLID is that I have 2 providers: one is for fix calls (30630xx and 30638xx) and the other is for mobile calls (07252130xx and 07252138xx).

How can I force the CLID to be 3063000 for one department and 3063800 for the second department?

And if I made this the agents from first department how can I force the CLID to be 0725213000 for mobile calls and 0725213800 for the second department?

Somebody could help me to resolve this issue?

Thanks

Hi,

For mluckie1: I tried the option without HNTN but the result is the ame: i can't dial out, on telephone display "Release and try again"

For johnpoole:
If I use SPN on DMI table on CS1000E and CLID2, the caller_id on D-Channel trace is wrong: 30630003015 and the number on destination display is not correct is the default 3012405
If I use NXX/NPA on DMI table on CS1000E and CLID2, the caller_id on D-Channel trace is correct : 3063000 but in this case I can't dial out.
So, I have to find a solution to made calls from CS1000E into PSTN through CS1000T without using SPN on DMI table, but unfortunately I didn't find this solution yet.
All the tests made with NPA/NXX on CS1000E and E.164 local/national on NRS was unsuccefuly.

Thanks

Hi,

After 1 months, after I opened a case at Nortel, my CLID problem was resolved.

The solution was: in DMI configuration calltype must be NPA, in SIP URI MAP in both SS had to add the internation code and in NRS had to change the route type from special to E.164 national.

Thanks
