Can I get the called party to see the DID number of the Cisco phone connected to the Nortel 81C with a PRI connected to the outside world via PRI? We want to display the DID # of each Cisco phone or a pre-determined number set for the Cisco Phone profile in CCM.

Are you using QSIG on the PRI ?
I have the same setup, and the Cisco CLID goes out fine

Okay, with the exception of the OVLR in the DCH, we are both programmed the same way on the Nortel side. When we first set up our integration, Cisco CLIDs were not going out. I had to go into CM Admin > Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Route Pattern.
Then I clicked on each of the Patterns that handle outside calls.
(i.e. 9.1[2-9]XXXXXXXXX). I then went to the Calling Party Transformations Section and changed Calling Party Number Type to National and Calling Party Numbering Plan to ISDN. For patterns to stations on the Nortel, I set both Calling and Called Party Transformations Sections to Calling Party Number Type Cisco CallManager and CallingParty Numbering Plan to ISDN. And also remember to put the CLID in the External Phone Number Mask in the Line X on Device SEPXXXXXXXXX location.
Let me know if that helped you out

I just check and I do not see, "set both Calling and Called Party Transformations Sections to Calling Party Number Type Cisco CallManager and CallingParty Numbering Plan to ISDN."

Our CCM software is: System version: 6.1.5.10000-10

We are on CUCM 8, so I can't tell you where to go in 6. But as I said, your Nortel side looks like ours which works with CUCM 8
