Hi all,
A site I'm involved with recently added a 'front end' vector to handle incoming calls. Now, when callers select the option to go to a call center, the caller ID is lost. What displays to the agent is the title of the vdn.
Can this be replaced with the original caller info?
thanx,

try "in-call-id", "callr-info" button types

vdn overide on the vdn form can change the active vdn during vector processing or routing to a new vdn.

Thanks for that, it may be my only option... but I was hoping to simply pass the caller ID <the number, don't need the name> without requiring a button press. Is there a way to do that??

t3lu5,

did you find a resolution for this? i have the opposite problem, i want the vdn dispalyed but only caller id shows.

i prefer clarity to agreement - dennis prager
