I am getting complaints from our agents on the floor that they are getting clicking noise after they are connected to clients. Is there any way to test PRIs T1 to see if something is wrong with PRI or is it card.

Any way of testing for sure where this is coming from. We have about 14 T1 and its hard to test each of them.

Please help me out.

Thank you tnphoneman for your valuable suggestion, however I still think this is due to faulty card in PBX switch.. what you think?

We have one old fiji card in there.. you think that could be problem..?

Thank you once again.

could be the loadware on the fiji card. You need to be at at least rls 19.

Still can't hurt do use tnphoneman's suggestion. You may find a common denominator.
