Click to dial for other Outlook users????

I know we can click to dial contacts in outlook, and I know with One-X Portal we can click to dial any number in a documents

What about calling other users in the global agrees book of Exchange/ Active Directory? Is that possible? Maybe type in a name in an email to field and right click dial?
