CLI issues with PSTN trunks

Hi All,

I have an issue at a customer site where the CLI is not getting displayed on PSTN trunks. It displays the trunk name and the TAC.

The site has a G350/S8300 and IP Phones.Is there any parameter that needs to be set for enabling CLI on PSTN trunks ??

Please advise..

hardware platform, cm software version?
what type trunk-group are your incoming calls using.

G3 Version: V15,Platform: 13 and running on CM 5.1.

I have configured CO trunk for incoming/outgoing calls. Any setting on the trunk group that I might have missed ?


 
on the "trunk group" form, on page 3, "Receive Analog Incoming Call ID: disabled" 4 choices: Bellcore, NTT, disbaled, or V23-Bell" try setting it to "Bellcre" or the other 2, see if that helps out :)
