CLI handling by EWSD exchanges

Are there any peculiarities in the way an EWSD switch handles CLI. A CLI phone that we are importing works fine on E10 exchanges but is not displaying CLI when used on some EWSD exchanges?

Hi Jim,
Thanks for the response. It is on the ILEC. The lab tests were redone yesterday and all passed. In the field however, the phone does not see the CLI on two EWSD exchanges tested so far. The telco representative is checking the EWSD software version running on those exchanges. The initial suspicion was that the CLI format differed between the EWSD and the E10 exchange, but the full lab test should have eliminated that.

Are you sure other phones see it? I'd check that first!! Of course you probably have but...
