Hi all,

I need help in displaying the incomming cli on the office phones. Our provider is sending the cli and it is being picked up by our cms(I have checked using an agent trace report) however if I dial my ddi number from my mobile(which is also sending cli) I just get the trunk group name and tac being displayed on the office phone.

I have pasted a copy of the trunk group setup below.

display trunk-group 1 Page 1 of 10

hv u configured the isdn-numbering table where u define the trunk gr no and ur extn prefixes like if ur trunk gr no is 10 and ur stations r starting from 2000 to 2999.
so give command : ch isdn num public and fill up the entry and try it out. hope it will solve ur problem.

I have just changed the values in the ISDN public/unknown table and still no difference it still just displays the trunk group name on the phone, I have pasted the form just incase I have made any mistakes on it.

Hi,
First check with you provider does he send you ani digits.

You have to put the whole string of extensions in as below. The code is the area code and the exchange.

PMNY

Command: display isdn public-unknown-numbering

For what it's worth, that table on my switch is completely black and i receive ANI/CLI to my 6416. Try looking display system-parameters multifrequency-signaling and see if those options help.
Cheers

I have made the recomended changes to the public numbering and it is still not working.

The multifrequency-signaling is new to me so i have pasted it below.

Thanks again
