CLI collection through serial port

Hi. I'm very new in administration of Ericsson MD110, so sorry for my "stupid" question. Can anyone tell me what should I do to collect phone calls data in a PC with windows xp connected with MD110 through serial port? Thanks in advance.

You should use call billing software like Ring Master

Thanks for the reply, but we have no money so bying a program is not my solution. We use a DOS program now and I thought of update of the process... So what could I do? My intention is to collect and archive cil data.

An absolutely horrific way to do it and I mean horrific would be to setup putty to match the port speed and then copy and paste the information from the putty output to excel. TBH i wouldn't try that EVER only maybe in....well maybe not. Try some software on a evulation basis. Then have a few meeting with some rival suppliers. Get the sales guys in beat them around with their prices and hopefully you can cut a deal worthly of getting past the money men(women)....
