CLI - Capture and redirect

Does anyone know if its possible to capture the inbound caller CLI from the public exchange and redirect the call to a specific extension or dest code regardless of the DDI number the caller has dialled?

e.g i want to capture CLI 01772 123456 who has dialled 01772 987654 (DDI into our system) and force the call to extension 30000?

We are on BC13 VERSION=CXP1010102/4/TSWSP2GB1.14/R3A

no that's one of those things that the MD110 can't do.
it is possible to add that functionality via a connected IVR system (solidus, vocalcom, genesys, ...)

we have solidus5 and any tips would be appreciated. usually we would just renumber the extension and push the calls to the ddi through to a vm or legal dept however in this case it happens to be the CEO number thats getting the calls so a renumber would be out of the question!

no need to change the extension number. external calls can be routed via number conversion to a servicegroup with a script that checks the a-number against a database and then deflects the call to the correct internal number (ceo, secretary, ...). this means that any ddi call for the ceo will enter the solidus script.

think so! i understand the the scripting bit and call deflection criteria within solidus but how do we route the external call based on a single cli presentation? does solidus do that bit? ive been trying nutri etc on the md but nothing seems to work?
or would i have to push all calls through solidus? this is basically a one off so i wouldnt want to put huge call volumes through just for one issue

yes, but only the CEO calls would have to go through solidus (thats why you need nutri), in solidus you can script the a-number recognition and deflect to another internal number if needed. the nutri part is needed to divert the ddi calls off the ceo number towards the solidus cti group.

ah! so the ddi calls for the ceo get pushed to solidus which would only act on any cli in the database? if the cli isnt in the database it gets presented to the secretary (boss/secretary setup)as normal?
