Hello,

We are researching the Cleo Lexicom software to transmit EDI. Can anyone tell me if this is possible thru an AS/400 server, using a dumb terminal, or if it has to be a windows based PC?

Not too familiar with Cleo. What EDI translator are you running? For EDIINT for the AS/400, certainly take a look at Trailblazer Systems. They directly integrate with our translator. Support is great!

I believe Cleo Lexicom runs on AS/400, it's written in completely Java? Hope this helps.

I completely agree with t2tone -- if you are looking for an AS400 solution to send EDI via different formats/protocols definitely give a look at Trailblazer Systems. They integrate with the majority (if not all) of the EDI AS400 translators, it's a great product, and they have excellent tech support!!
