I have alarms showing in YourSite Explorer. Service hasn't been affected. The most recent one is from May 17th. How do I clear these alarm notifications?

Respectfully.

Depends what the alarm is?? The alarms should clear if the issue is no longer present.. So if they're still there you need to action it

Don't confuse DTMF with DTF. They have very different meanings....

I have found that after resolution the alarms stop being sent . Not sure if there is any place to " Clear the alarms ". We had a ton of SMDR alarms due to timing issues , I had to shut them off in My Site Explorer . We still have a few as I resolved a LOT of them over the wire ( On the network ) but still get a few that I am trying to track down . I was told an upgrade may fix them but we are going to 7.0 across the board so I will let you know .

You can clear the alarm by going to YSE/Enterprise/Alarms select your alarm then go to tools(top tab)
You can then click clear selected alarm.
