clearing board conflict

I'm on site and I'm trying to see what the client has available in their switch to add some stations, but when I list con st I get "?" under board type and "conflict" under vintage is there a way to clear this without disturbing service???? (daytraders)

Do you see that against few cards? you might try "ch cir" & remove the boards which are showing conflict. However if there is any translation on the board, you'll have to remove the station/ trunk from config first..

Saw this once. When I listed config sta/all the second time it cleared. Seems that they had a DS1 board translated for non-existing trunks with the board removed. Customer was not interested in cleanup. Good Luck...
