If you have NO administration on the DS1 circuit pack (no "add ds1 01D14" has been done), then you WILL get an alarm. There is no way to clear it, other than to pull the card out, or "add ds1 01d14" and set it up.. even then, it will prbably still alarm, if its not in use.
You can also see if your pack was administered via the "display sync port 1", if you don't see that circuit pack listed, you don't have any administration done to that pack. the card will always show up in the "list config all"
I pulled out an old TN767 in slot 1d14 which had no ports assigned to it. I then inserted a TN464 and the board shows up in the 'list config all' but when i try to do a 'test board 1d14' it says no board present.
so that means it's just not administered?? I've tried this board in a few different slots with the same result.
I've had a scenario like this before, where a I took a boar from a slot and inserted another one of a differentmodel. I had to reboot the PBX for the processor to pick up the new card. Try this when you have the less voice usage.
