We had a number of issues last week with our 3300 which include restarting the PRI hardware and unplugging the network jack. Everything is fine now. When I go to Alarms there are no alarms present however in Communications Director it still shows CRITICAL on the status bar at the top.

I did DTSTATS CLEAR for the PRIs but no joy.

Using 4.2 SP2

Thoughts?

Thanks

Drew

Check the SIP link. This often raises a Crit.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

Thanks. If the SIP link still had an issue wouldnt it be visible under alarms?
Sorry for the noob question but where would I check the SIP link?

Do a "SIP LINK STATUS" and "SIP LINK STATE ALL" and let us know the reply.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

SIP LINK STATUS aborted. There is no SIP link programmed.

SIP LINK STATE ALL PEER aborted. There is no SIP link programmed.

(makes sense ) still not sure why I cant clear the alarm tho.

Sorry.......you are not doing SIP. I have also seen where no alarm shows up in details, but still a Critical exists. I have seen a soft reboot fix this.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

Is the alarm LED lit?
Show fault alarm command show anything?
If not clear your browser cache.
