Clear Table

Can anyone help me wih the following.....
I have a Table which I need to use over and over, after I have made my report I have to clear the table before I can use it again. Is there a way that I can clean up the table instead of having to remove everything by hand.

Cos: Just run a Delete query, strip all the records, and then you're reading to append new ones (of add them) down the road.

Syntax for the delete query suggested by Isadore will be something like:

DELETE * FROM YourTableNameHere;
