I have a problem with a intergrated T1. Where I am handed 12 analog ports off a Adtran that is use the split a T1 circuit for voice and data.

I am able to adjust that disconnect values on the analog trunk circuit to allow for a clean disconnect. The problem that I am having is when I forward call to a night service and the end user complete the call. The call appeaar to stay up on the IP Office and will eventually busy out all that lines once they become full. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What Control Unit and Software Version are you using. Is the Night Service an external IVR? What disconnect Clear times are set at each end?
Cheers

The Control unit is IPO 406V2 and the release is 3.2(55) the disconnect values on the IP Office analog lines have been change from default of 500ms to 750ms to match the local Adtran settings. [Note: An attempt to use the default setting proved to fail and not properly disconnect.]

I currently do not know what the clear disconnect settings are being used by the night service and I would safely assume that they are using a IVR. I will see if I can seek this information from the Night Service today. This for the tip in the right direction and I will provide an further update.
