I've been trying to clear the ARP cache on this ASA5505.

I've used the ASDM radio button to clear all Dynamic entries.
I've power cycled the router a few times.
I've used telnet with the Clear Arp command.
I've used the same command on the ASA CLI

I'm not a Cisco pro by any means and i've been trying everything to clear this one stale cache entry that wont go away. I still get the Syslog ID #405001 ARP response collision.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Did you unplug all interfaces when you cleared the arp?
Have you tried clear arp-cache and then rebooted?

405001
Error Message %PIX|ASA-4-405001: Received ARP {request | response} collision from
IP_address/MAC_address on interface interface_name

Explanation The security appliance received an ARP packet, and the MAC address in the packet differs from the ARP cache entry.

Recommended Action This traffic might be legitimate, or it might indicate that an ARP poisoning attack is in progress. Check the source MAC address to determine where the packets are coming from and check to see if it belongs to a valid host.
