Cleanly exit SX-200 Maintenance Serial connection 1

I have connected with a serial cable to the SX-200 Maintenance Serial port, but I don't know how to quit the session. How do I cleanly exit the session?

More specifically, how do I exit from one form to go to another?

That and there are "3"s everywhere in the session. I selected IBM PC when I first connected. Is that the issue?

Now I am stuck at this screen and can't get the cancel button to press at all.

you need to set up the protocol as VT-100

Esc-6 is the exit to most forms.
