Hi

I'm going to be changing the heatsink on my processor and I wondered what to use to clean the thermal grease off the processor. I've got a AMD XP 2000+ (I don't know if that makes a differance).

Thanks

Chris

Use high purity alcohol(91% pure or better, available at most retail drug stores) and a soft clean cloth.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll get some over the weekend.

A coffee filter is a poor mans lintless cloth.
